As an experienced trainer, coach and public speaker, Arin has curated employee programs all over the world for 14+ years. Arin will curate an experience that meets your strategic objectives and leaves leaders feeling connected to your company and culture.

If you're planning an offsite that focuses on elevating leadership capabilities and equipping leaders with sustaining high-performing habits, we do this through accelerated leadership coaching and workshops. These 2 to 4 day retreats are customizable to meet your needs but always contain a mix of group or 1:1 coaching (depending on the number of attendees) + leadership development workshops

RETREAT SUPPORT FOR YOGA TEACHERS & HOSTS

Whether you want to be the sole host of the retreat or want to collaborate with awae, we have packages to support you in making your retreat dreams a reality.

We are experts at planning, budgeting, and organizing all retreat logistics and onsite coordination. We have international insurance, Terms & Conditions, Waivers, and templates for almost everything you can think of that help make it a seamless experience. Rates: reduced rate ($250 / hour) if you’re paying out of pocket rather than getting reimbursed by your employer (no minimum number of sessions). Corporate rate is $500 / hour for a minimum of three one-hour sessions.
