Meaningful Connection

Even in our loneliest moments, connection is closer than we think… it just takes small action to reach out for it. Sometimes we find ourselves in patterns of isolation, when we've gotten used to saying ‘no’ or choosing to stick to ourselves (and don't get me wrong, I love a good netflix and chill night by myself!)

Even if you're going to an office, the pressure to “always be on” at work can leave little room for the kind of authentic connection we truly need in our day-to-day. The cost is real: when we feel disconnected, it impacts our well-being. It impacts our happiness.

Join us for this 3-night retreat for $1,375 per person (for a shared room - two people) or $1,850 per person for your own room (king bed). We'll be staying in a small adults-only hotel that overlooks the Pacific ocean-- it's a secluded haven with lush surroundings.
